Join as a Research Assistant

The Couples and the Regulation of Emotion (CARE) Study is currently recruiting couples as research participants!

Join us in exploring how people manage their emotions on their own and with the help of other people.

To qualify, partners must be:
- 18-29 years old
- In a relationship > 1 year
- Without severe mental illness, heavy substance use, or history of neurological illness 
- Able to travel to Rutgers University - New Brunswick campus

Participation involves:
- Virtual session (2 hours)
​- Two weeks answering daily smartphone surveys (4x daily, each <5 minutes)
- fMRI session (2.5 hours)
- Up to $150 gift card compensation
